Last updated: 29 September 2026

Work Ready Skills is a business name of VBI Enterprises Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you use workreadyskills.com.au, make an enquiry or book training with us. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Who we are

Work Ready Skills is operated by VBI Enterprises Pty Ltd. We arrange face-to-face work-ticket training across Queensland, including first aid, RSA and RSG, security and traffic control. Work Ready Skills is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Nationally recognised training is delivered and assessed by partner RTOs under third-party arrangements.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or contact us, we may collect:

  • your name, email address and phone number
  • the course, preferred location and dates you are interested in
  • for group bookings, your organisation name and number of participants
  • any other information you choose to give us in your message or during a call

We do not ask for sensitive information through this website. Please do not include health, identity document or payment details in the enquiry form.

How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you complete the enquiry form, phone us, email us or book training. If an employer or organisation books training for you, we may receive your details from them.

Why we collect it

  • to respond to your enquiry and send dates, pricing and next steps
  • to arrange and schedule training, including group and on-site sessions
  • to pass your booking to the partner RTO that will deliver and assess your course
  • to keep records of enquiries and bookings and improve our services
  • to meet our legal obligations

We will not use your information for marketing unless you have agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We only disclose personal information for the purposes above or where required by law. This may include:

  • the partner RTO delivering your course, so it can enrol, train and assess you. The RTO will collect further enrolment information (such as your Unique Student Identifier) and handle it under its own privacy policy, which it will give you before you enrol.
  • your employer or organisation, where they arranged or paid for your training
  • service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email and form tools

We do not sell or rent personal information.
